The provision of different categories by Locartis gives its clients the opportunity to source their geographically diverse and varying office needs through one provider of outsourced office resources. Locartis has quality and specification standards for each of its categories. The standards include criteria for each of the following: -

• Location of the center
• Profile of the building
• International Environment of the center
• Range of facilities and services available
• Level of technology provided
• Staffing structure
